Firefox Support Meeting Tomorrow: Chat

Tomorrow we’ll be holding our third Firefox Support meeting to discuss “Chat”. An agenda is below.

As always, anyone and everyone is welcome to participate. At our last meeting, we discussed forums but didn’t receive a high turnout of people. If moderators and contributors from the forums are able to make this meeting, we’ll be more than happy to extend the meeting to re-discuss forums. That would take place in the second half of the meeting.

  • Tuesday, May 15, 10:00 am PDT
  • 650-903-0800 x91 Conf #284
  • 1-800-707-2533 (pin 369) Conf #284 (US)
  • Join #customersupport on irc.mozilla.org for the IRC back-channel

As always, the meeting will be recorded and meeting notes and an audio version will be posted to the newsgroup.

  1. Quick introduction to current support offerings (again)
  2. Current state of chat (irc.mozilla.org)
    • Advantages
    • Disadvantages
  3. What should be the goal of chat in the new world?
    • How does it fit in with a knowledge base and forums
  4. New ideas for improvement
  5. Action items?

I hope to see you on IRC or hear you on the phone tomorrow.
